WILL THE ST PETERSBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT TRY TO DENY THAT THEY ARE CURRENTLY USING CHILDREN AS CONFIDENTIAL INFORMANTS?

The St Petersburg Police Department will eventually be given an option to admit or deny that they are presently using children as confidential informants (CIs). I think it would be outrageous and unreasonable if they tried to deny that they are presently using children as CIs. Additionally - it would be very easy to prove that they are still using children.

(1) St Petersburg PD records show that they are still using children as informants.

(2) Pinellas County, Florida State Attorney's records for their Juvenile Division and the Juvenile Division of the Pinellas County,Florida Public Defender's Office have records that prove the SPPD is presently using children as CIs.

(3) The children who are presently being used as CIs, and their families, can prove this to be so.

(4) Criminal defense attorneys who represent children arrested by SPPD know that SPPD is using children as CIs.

Will St Petersburg, Forida Mayor Kriseman Protect The Children Of St Petersburg By Directing That The St Petersburg Police Department Stop Using Children As Confidential Informants?

(1) How the St Petersburg Police Department has a history of using children as confidential informants.

(2) How numerous professors and people across our nation agree that using children as confidential informants is child-abuse.

(3) How children across our nation are being killed as a result of their confidential informant work. The St Petersburg Police Department is abusing the children of St Petersburg, Florida and placing their lives in danger by using them as confidential informants. St Petersburg Mayor Challenged On Juvenile Confidential Informants Policy

When Harold Hempstead was 13 he was pressured by the St Petersburg Police Department in Florida to become a Confidential Informant and get involved in highly dangerous clandestine operations - In an article on his own blog you will find his sworn affidavit detailing his illegal juvenile employment by various law-enforcement agencies -

The following is a copy of an email Harold asked me to send to the Mayor of St Petersburg challenging him to open-up and take a stand on the controversial topic of using minors to do police-work -
Harold Hempstead is currently serving 165 years without parole in a prison in Mountain City - Tennessee - He has just published his first book on the killing of Darren Rainey by guards with super-heated steam in Dade Correctional Institution in Florida and is following this up with several more volumes which are due for imminent publication - His refusal to be silent in the face of monstrous cruelty and injustice earned him the nick-name "The Caged Crusader" -

Dear Mayor Kriseman

I’m sending this email on behalf of Harold Hempstead. Hempstead has stated that he was recruited by the St Petersburg Police Department to be a confidential informant when he was 13 years old. As Mayor of St Petersburg – Florida – I’m asking that you please answer the following questions:

(1) Will you please direct that the St Petersburg Police Department provide Hempstead’s Attorney John Trevena with all the documents and information they have concerning Hempstead’s past as a confidential informant going back to when he was 13 years old?

(2) How many children are the St Petersburg Police Department presently using as confidential informants?

(3) Do you agree with the studies that show it is child-abuse to use children as confidential informants?

(4) Will you request that a federal investigation be conducted into the St Petersburg Police Department using children as confidential informants?

(5) Will you direct that the St Petersburg Police Department stop using children as confidential informants?

Harold Hempstead Requests Statement From SPPD On Detective Mike Brown

On 11th January 2019 Harold Hempstead had an email sent to St Petersburg Police Department asking for a statement on investigations into the improper activities of a predatory former police officer whom Harold had reported –

“Re: Request for official statement from St Petersburg Police Dept – Florida

Attn: Media Relations – SPPD

Dear St Petersburg Police Department spokesperson:

Harold Hampstead has published a book entitled “Department of Corruption” – Darren Rainey – The Untold Story – His book can be located at crusaderbooks.com

Question 130 of Hempstead-s book states:

“130 – Question: When was the first time you spoke out against a state official who did wrong~”

“Answer: The first time was with Roosevelt Copeland when I was a teenager – He was a guard at the Pinellas County – Florida – Juvenile Detention Center – As a result of me speaking out against his improper conduct he lost his job – The second time I spoke out was against St Petersburg Police Officer Mike Brown – He was committing sexual misconduct with kids at the Police Athletic League – The police set me up with two frivolous felony charges for it – The State Attorney knew I was set up – so they dismissed the charges -“

Will you please provide the citizens of St Petersburg with any and all information in your agency-s possession concerning any investigations conducted into any misconduct by Detective Mike Brown~

Will you please provide the citizens of St Petersburg with any and all information in your agency-s possession concerning any juveniles that reported being sexually abused at the Police Athletic League ~

Will you please provide an official response to Hempstead-s statements in his books concerning Detective Mike Brown~
